Pars Chiro Shipping Services Company began its professional activities in 1987 (1366 in the Persian calendar). The company was founded by the late Captain Hadi Neshat Doost, based on many years of practical experience in maritime operations, port activities, and vessel management.

Pars Chiro’s initial focus was providing shipping services and vessel agency solutions, with strict adherence to regulations and operational discipline. This approach laid the foundation for establishing a trusted position among clients and stakeholders in the maritime industry.

With the expansion of maritime activities in the region and the growth of energy, oil, and gas-related projects, Pars Chiro gradually expanded its range of services in response to market demands and entered the field of Offshore project support and offshore operations.

This development continued alongside the strengthening of operational, safety, and management structures. In recent years, with the transition of management to the second generation under the leadership of Eng. Amir Neshat Doost, the company has continued its growth journey through a modern, structured approach aligned with international standards.
